For one of our Philips businesses we are looking for a partner who is able to manufacture a factory-calibrated multi-sensor gas module.

This module/ PCBA should contain multiple gas sensor components (specified by Philips) with corresponding driving electronics and a micro-controller (for processing of the sensor data, according to an algorithm specified by Philips).

Whether Philips or the manufacturing partner takes responsibility for the design of the module and programming of the micro-controller can be discussed.

A decisive factor for the selection of the manufacturing partner is the capability to calibrate the modules in a mass manufacturing environment, exposing the modules to at least two gas concentration conditions (one should contain a specific target gas, the other could be clean air) and storing the resulting sensor readings on the corresponding micro-controller of each module.

Target volumes between 10-100k annually.
